If for whatever reason, we are unavailable to help you when you contact us, simply leave your details and we guarantee we will return your call within 24 hours.

If your call is not returned within 24 hours (excluding weedends and public holidays) we will pay you $350 as compensation for wasting your time and not providing the standard of service and support you expect. Naturally we will still help you A S A P.

To date we have never had to pay out on this part of our guarantee, for the simple reason that we enjoy looking after our clients.
